Topics we accept
Articles must be useful to people who play or teach logic puzzles. Suitable topics include:
- Sudoku techniques, strategies and worked examples;
- other logic and number puzzles, and how they compare with Sudoku;
- puzzles in classrooms, families and clubs, including printable activities;
- the history of Sudoku and puzzle publishing, with reliable sources;
- puzzle design, apps, books and tools, written for readers rather than search engines.
We do not accept gambling, adult, weapons, drugs, payday loans, cryptocurrency investment or unsupported health and brain-training content. The site has a section for children and every article must be suitable for a general audience.
Quality and originality standards
- Original and unpublished: not posted anywhere else, before or after publication here, and not spun or rewritten from other articles.
- Accurate: facts are checked, statistics and quotations are sourced with links to reliable originals.
- Written for readers: clear, practical and at least 800 words, with a descriptive title and logical headings.
- Honest: no misleading claims, fake reviews or invented credentials. AI-assisted drafts must be reviewed, corrected and fact-checked by the named author.
- Images, if supplied, must be yours or properly licensed, with the licence stated.
Links and disclosure policy
- Every sponsored article is labelled “Sponsored” at the top of the page, and the sponsor is named.
- Commercial links are marked with rel="sponsored" so search engines know they are paid.
- A small number of relevant links is allowed. Links must point to safe, working pages that match the article's topic.
- We do not hide paid links in existing pages, sell links in the site navigation or publish undisclosed advertorials.
Editorial review
Drafts are reviewed against these guidelines before publication. We may edit for accuracy, clarity, length, house style and accessibility, ask for changes or sources, or decline a draft that does not meet these standards. Publication is not guaranteed, even after a topic has been agreed. We may update or remove a published article if information in it becomes inaccurate, a link changes or the content no longer meets these guidelines.
Prohibited submissions
We reject spam, copied or plagiarised content, mass-produced articles, keyword stuffing, misleading claims, content that targets children commercially and anything unlawful. Repeated low-quality or spam submissions will not receive a reply.
How to submit
Use the contact form with the subject “Sponsored post proposal” when message delivery is available, and include:
- your name and the company or website you represent;
- a proposed title and a short outline;
- the links you would like to include and the pages they point to;
- any deadline.
