What to include
A few details help us answer quickly:
- Puzzle problems: the page you were on, the puzzle number (shown on printed sheets and in the completion message) and what happened.
- Accessibility: your device, browser and any assistive technology, such as a screen reader or magnifier.
- Corrections: the page address and the sentence you think is wrong.
- Sponsored posts: read the Write for us guidelines, linked in the footer, and include your proposed topic.
Before you write
Game progress is stored only in your own browser, so we cannot see your games or restore a lost puzzle. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes saved progress. Answers to common questions are on the about page and in the FAQ on each game page.

We use your email address and message only to reply to you. The privacy policy explains how messages are handled. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
