Prefer a ready-made file? These original A4 PDFs include eight numbered puzzles followed by matching answer pages. Downloading works without JavaScript. Classic packs have two puzzles per page; the children’s packs have four smaller grids per page.
Print small grids or a longer practice pack
Choose Grid size to make 4 × 4 or 6 × 6 Sudoku worksheets for children. The smaller grids use easy single-number deductions; their boxes are 2 × 2 and 2 × 3 respectively. Puzzle pages lets you print one, two or four pages in a single job. Choose one grid per page for the largest writing area. When answers are enabled, they follow all puzzle pages in matching order.
Easy, medium and hard Sudoku worksheets
For an easy Sudoku worksheet, select Easy and start with one puzzle per page to leave space for notes. Medium adds locked candidates; Hard adds pairs and triples; Expert needs advanced patterns. The same print tool handles each level, so you can change difficulty without finding another download.
For four printable Sudoku puzzles per page, select Four in the layout control. Choose One for a larger individual grid or Two for more working space than the four-grid layout. Select A4 or US Letter to match your paper.
Printable Sudoku PDF with answers
Set Include answers to Yes before choosing Print puzzle sheet. The answer page uses matching puzzle numbers so you can check each completed Sudoku. In your browser’s print dialog, choose Save as PDF to keep both puzzles and solutions together. For blank Sudoku grids, change the puzzle type to Blank grid; these are empty workspaces rather than prepared puzzles.
Build your puzzle sheet
Select one, two or four puzzles per page. Use A4 or US Letter paper. Answers appear on a separate page when enabled.
Every level prints
Choose easy, medium, hard or expert puzzles. Each printed grid shows its level and puzzle number, and every puzzle comes from the same graded collection as the online game.
Save as PDF
In the print dialog, choose Save as PDF instead of a printer to keep a printable Sudoku PDF for later. The sheet uses black lines and numbers only, so it prints cleanly in black and white.
Take the puzzle offline
Printed puzzles use the same row, column and box rules. Leave room for pencil notes, and keep the answer sheet out of sight until you need it.
Looking for a blank grid?
Choose Blank grid in the puzzle type control. A blank sheet is a workspace for your own puzzle, not a uniquely solvable challenge. To check a puzzle you copied from elsewhere, use the Sudoku solver.

Yes. Choose Print puzzle sheet, then pick Save as PDF as the printer in your browser's print dialog.
Set Include answers to Yes and the solutions print on a separate page, in the same order and with the same puzzle numbers as the puzzles.
Yes. The game works in your browser. Progress is saved on this device when local storage is available.
